"I needed some help to find a coolant fluid leak in my "97 Valkyrie, and to fix a highway peg bent in a fall I had the day before. The service guys, Jason in particular, were a fantastic help. They had the tools and knowledge to find the problems and fix them fast. They did a great job and I had no problem the rest of the way back to Pittsburgh. I highly recommend this service group, and will certainly use them myself on any other trip to the Columbia SC area."

"The service department is the greatest. Rich in the parts department does great work also. I had a really bad front tire and was at a new harley dealership about 6 miles from the honda shop in columbia s.c. they did not have a front tire to fit my vtx1800-c but the honda shop had one. I bought the tire and Rich had someone bring it to me at the harley shop since the front tire on my bike was so bad I did not feel safe driving it to the honda shop. Thank you Rich: and thank you honda."

"I just wanted to say that the sales team at Carolina Honda was great to me and my father. I was in a bad accident in may and Tracy helped my dad with all of the paperwork for the bike. That way we could get the insurance company and gap to take care of the bike. The process of gap was so easy all he had to do was call and let them have a copy of the accident report and insurance paperwork. Gap took it from there. Gap saved me from having to pay the difference between what the insurance company paid and what was still on the loan left to pay. I have just purchased a new 2008 CBR and made sure that I bought gap. It saved me money once and will continue to do so."

"Two months ago I went into Carolina Honda and spoke with Charlie about looking for a good used bike. Charlie made me such a good deal I ended up buying a new Shadow 750. Everyone was nice to deal with and the service is great. In two months I have put approx. 1500 miles on the bike and have gotten an average of 49 mpg. When I took my bike in for the 600 mile service (2nd week I owned it), I was given prompt and friendly service. So far every aspect of ownership has been great. This is my third Honda and see others in my furture. I hope to be driving a Gold Wing in a few years!"

"I just wanted to thank the service dept. for the great job they did on my 1997 Valkyrie recently. Jason Cooper brought me fuel on the side of the highway when I ran out of gas. John then fixed the fuel leak (stuck carb float) and cleaned all 6 carbs to where the bike runs like new now. This past week I had to bring it in for a sticky front brake and a front-fork oil change. Cooper fixed the brakes and Tim took the forks apart and replaced the oil. All of these guys are very competent and very friendly, helping to make Carolina Honda one of the best customer service motorcycle dealers anywhere. I've been a customer with Carolina Honda since 1966 and I feel like they've now got the best in customer service that I've ever experienced. Thanks to all of you for such a great job. Those of us out here who love to ride but don't know a lot about the mechanics of a bike really do trust and appreciate what you do to help us. Keep up the great work!! - Ralph Mayer P.S.
