"I purchased a used Honda motorcycle in late May 2019. It was my first motorcycle. The sales staff was clear I was purchasing the bike "As Is."
It turned out the cycle had a well hidden fuel system problem, which showed itself within 2 weeks after purchase. Rather than make this a lengthy post, I will summarize by saying Carolina Honda stood by the product the sold me. They methodically approached this problem and once the source of the problem was identified, they made the repairs, at no cost to me. I found the sales staff members, Allen and Tracy, to be friendly and helpful, particularly to this motorcycle beginner. John and Cody, service department, were also straight forward, honest and patient in explaining things to this mechanically ignorant owner. These Carolina Honda staff members demonstrated high customer service standards. I was very pleased and would not hesitate to use and/or recommend Carolina Honda."
